Responsibilities
Contributing to project schedules and projects in accordance with the schedules
Executing the assigned projects on time and within budget
Using software to manage risk assessments and contribute to results and recommendations
Working to international regulatory standards, including ISO55000, ISO14224, IEC and API
Working with various CMMS systems and providing guidance on industry-specific application
Providing project updates to Project Managers and other key stakeholders
As a senior, managing and leading small maintenance teams as required across projects and locations
Job requirements
Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Process/Chemical Engineering, or equivalent
At least 5 years of operational, maintenance and/or consulting experience
Experience in Oil & Gas, Mining, Infrastructure or Food & Beverage is preferred
Experience with reliability and maintenance engineering, equipment inspection and risk management is preferred
Good communication skills and command of the English language
Good time management skills and ability to lead by example
Willingness and ability to work in diverse workplaces and cultures, without travel restrictions
Ability to positively influence team members and provide guidance and mentoring
Experience with MS Projects or equivalent is highly desirable
Ability to draft and review technical reports and documentation
“As a Maintenance Engineer, you are working on maintenance projects. In close coordination with the Team Lead and the other members of your team, you execute the assigned projects on schedule and within budget. You have a good understanding of Preventive Maintenance (PM) techniques, and experience with the practical application of PM in (industrial) equipment and systems.
Working at MaxGrip means being challenged to develop your skills. We expect you to already have a good working knowledge of reliability and maintenance principles, including criticality and risk management. You are familiar with the application of RCM, RCA, FMEA, FMECA, and RBI. Your education and experience enable you to contribute to technical workshop sessions.”
