MaxGrip has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Andrew Dixon as Chief Operating Officer and Freddy Vos as Vice President of Global Software Sales. The appointments support MaxGrip's focus on translating strategy into execution while expanding its software-driven value proposition.
Andrew Dixon, currently Vice President Americas, will continue in that role alongside his new responsibilities as COO. As Chief Operating Officer, Andrew will focus on strengthening collaboration between sales and operations across regions, driving consistency in delivery, and supporting sustainable global growth. His appointment also brings broader regional representation to MaxGrip's Board of Directors.
In parallel, MaxGrip is taking a strategic step by introducing software resell as a new direction for the company. To lead this initiative, MaxGrip has appointed Freddy Vos as Vice President of Global Software Sales. Freddy joins MaxGrip from Ultimo, where he previously served as Global Strategic Initiatives Director. In his new role, he will be responsible for developing MaxGrip's global software resell strategy and strengthening partnerships with software vendors to help clients realize measurable value from their asset management investments.
"These leadership appointments reflect how MaxGrip continues to evolve as a global organization," says Mark Mulder, CEO of MaxGrip. "By strengthening our operational leadership and adding dedicated expertise in software sales, we are better positioned to connect strategy with execution and technology. This enables us to support clients not only in selecting the right tools, but in realizing real, measurable value through strong implementation, integration, and adoption across their asset-intensive operations."
