HOTT maintenance

The maintenance manager has to run the day-to-day operations including work intake and prioritization, scheduling and preparation and close out and reporting and much more. It is a high pressure role that is tasked with performing maintenance On Time and In full (OTIF) and minimizing Hands on Tool Time (HOTT). Next to that, the maintenance manager also needs to improve maintenance maturity by using relevant data to improve decision-making.
