COVID-19 and your
job application at MaxGrip

At the moment, most of our colleagues work from home. You might have questions concerning the current application process and the impact on you. We try our best to continue all job interviews including the meetings that normally take place face-to-face. These are replaced by online video calls. How does this work?

First job interview

Did you apply for a job and is there a match between your CV/profile and the vacancy? Then we will contact you to set a date and time for the first job interview. The interview will take place through a video call using Microsoft Teams. You will receive an invitation for this video call by email. Please take in consideration:

  • Click on the invite link ‘Join Microsoft Teams meeting’.
  • We advise you to use a computer or laptop for this video call. This will allow you to join the call in your web-browser, without the need to download new software. If you don’t have a computer or laptop, alternatively you can use a mobile phone (please download the Microsoft Teams app).
  • Please check if your camera and microphone are working. As soon as your MaxGrip contact opens the video call, your job interview starts.

Interview follow-up

When the first job interview was a success and both parties agree to continue with the application process, the second interview takes place. We will schedule another Microsoft Teams meeting.

Terms of employment

If both interviews were successful and there is a mutual agreement to continue the process, MaxGrip will share the terms of employment. You will receive these by email. During a meeting, you will go through these terms with your MaxGrip contact. This could be by phone or a Microsoft Teams meeting.

After you agree to the proposal, we will send your contract to you (digital) as soon as possible.
