About the role

You will be in the lead of the commercial business and thus an essential member of the regional Management Team, working closely with the Managing Director for Asia-Pacific as well as our highly qualified consultants and engineers. You will also collaborate with your peers and other staff in other regions (Americas, EMEA). As such, we are looking for a team player who operates proactively, takes ownership of the annual sales plan and manages the sales pipeline. Providing accurate and realistic forecasts and delivering on the sales targets with the right services and profitability first of all are part of the job. You are excited about actively contributing to our regional and global marketing & sales strategy.

The role is crucial for MaxGrip as you will:

  • Be the lead in spotting and developing new opportunities / prospects;

  • Work with our global M&S team to attune the global strategy to the APAC regional needs;

  • Create and issue winning quotes; negotiate and close multi-million contracts;

  • Expand our business into new markets and new clients, but also working through (key) accounts and global technology partners;

  • Strengthen the team work with Operations on the flawless transition of secured business;

  • The position requires presence in Kuala Lumpur in combination with regular travel.

About you

You will have all the right qualifications and have more than ten years of experience in B2B Sales and Business Development. Preferably in combination with our type of services and / or in our typical industries. Experience with Maintenance & Inspection engineering and Asset Management solutions such as EAM and APM systems is essential. Knowledge of Industry 4.0 trends and solutions is highly recommended.
