About the Role

MaxGrip is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to join our Utrecht headquarters. You will be working mainly for the EMEA region but also provide insight of, and support to our Americas and APAC regions. As a key member of our Sales team, you will play a vital role in bringing in new deals, improving overall sales effectiveness and enabling cross regional sales. You will be working together with the Marketing team next to Sales and will be actively contributing to the overall growth and success of our organization on a global scale.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Reporting: Implement data-driven approaches to analyze and assess sales performance, providing insights to optimize operational efficiency and enhance revenue generation.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within sales operations, working closely with relevant teams to streamline workflows and enhance overall efficiency. Including the implementation of sales tools.
  • Sales Coordination: Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide administrative and operational support, ensuring smooth and efficient sales processes including hand-over of won deals.

  • Proposal and Tender Management: Deliver compelling sales presentations and company introductions to engage effectively with potential customers.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Foster effective communication channels with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a coordinated approach to sales operations and maintaining a high level of satisfaction among customers.

  • Data Management: Manage and update customer databases within CRM, ensuring accuracy and completeness of customer information.

  • Market Research: Conduct research on industries and prospects relevant to MaxGrip, staying informed about market trends and potential business opportunities.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a technical background with relevant commercial experience;

  • Proven experience in a sales support or coordinator role, preferably in a business-to-business environment;

  • Familiarity with asset-intensive industries such as Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Manufacturing, and Infrastructure;

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail;

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional languages are a plus;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and (Dynamics) CRM software. Experience with reporting tools like PowerBI are preferred;

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
