About the role

While the world keeps taking steps in digitalizing, companies see the importance of standardization of their business processes and systems with a properly used Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system or Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). It enables for example workforce efficiency, stock inventory reductions and improved budgeting info to support fact-based decisions.

As an EAM Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of EAM systems. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, train and coach clients, and develop customized solutions that optimize asset usage and support strategic asset management.

  • Evaluating the current state of maintenance and recommending improvements and new working methods within the EAM system;

  • Assisting clients in identifying the most suitable EAM solution and coordinating its implementation in collaboration with MaxGrip partners and colleagues;

  • Taking a leadership or supporting role in scoping projects, defining project roles, deliverables, and governance structures;

  • Contributing to the development of our EAM practice, refining our offerings to meet the needs of existing and potential clients.

About you

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Technology;

  • Experience or familiarity with implementing EAM systems such as like Maximo, Ultimo, Infor, SAP PM

  • You are analytical, adaptable and have excellent communicative skills;

  • You are able to lead a change and get others to adopt new ways of working;

  • Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
