We are looking for someone who is driven, works independently and has experience with hiring technical (engineering) profiles in an international environment. Working as a corporate recruiter at MaxGrip is challenging due to an ever changing environment, but it is also a lot of fun due to an ever changing environment! You will enjoy working with with our HR team and with our colleagues around the globe to bring in the results we need.
Responsibilities
Advise and support the Hiring Managers in our Utrecht, Houston and Kuala Lumpur offices throughout the complete recruitment process
Develop sourcing strategies, tactics and leverage online recruiting resources to both identify and recruit the very best candidates
Manage the recruitment process from vacancy intake to offer
Ensure a great candidate- and hiring manager experience throughout
Contribute to the strengthening of the employer brand of MaxGrip with innovative initiatives
Work on recruitment-related projects and suggest overall improvements for your department
Manage partners (suppliers, universities, etc.)
Provide recruitment status metrics to stakeholders regularly
Job requirements
Bachelor or Master degree
Minimum of 5 years related work experience
Experience in recruiting technical profiles (engineering)
Experience in sourcing with LinkedIn (recruiter seat)
Service minded and pro-active attitude
Able to build and maintain an international network of candidates
Available fulltime (40 hours per week)
Excellent language skills in Dutch and English
